Niacinamide is a form of Vitamin B3 that is an essential nutrient.  Vitamin B3 helps to build Keratin; a type of protein that keeps your skin firm and healthy.  It can help your skin grow a ceramides (lipid) barrier which can help retain moisture.   When used topically niacinamide may have a positive impact on your overall skin texture and brighten the look of your skin.  It can take several weeks to see improvement. It may cause a mild tingling on the first application and may cause flushing in some people.

For best results use twice daily for 3 months.
